All our holiday apartments are exposed to the sun. Three of our new apartments have South-facing terraces with access to the lawn. The other apartment has two large terraces. The furniture and the furnishing are elegant and with a timeless design.

The local tourist tax of 2.70 € per day and person over 14 years of age is not included in the price.
The minimum length of stay is 4 nights in low season. Other arrangements are possible. The minimum stay in July and August and at Christmas and New Year is 7 nights.
Deposit Please send written bookings by e-mail. To confirm a reservation, we ask for a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount to be paid to our account. The booking will become binding after the payment of the deposit.

Payment Please pay on location. You can pay on site in cash up to 2,000 € or card. You can also pay in advance by bank transfer or non-transferable cheque.
Cancellation conditions *Cancellation conditions pursuant to art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
The Italian Consumer Code does not contemplate the right of withdrawal. However, we can grant a right of withdrawal at the following cancellation conditions, pursuant to art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.
>> For cancellations 30 days or less before the date of arrival, we will withhold the deposit.
>> In case of provable force majeure, such as Coronavirus restrictions, the deposit will be refunded.
>> In the event of late arrival or early departure, you will be charged the total cost of your stay.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to come and stay with us.
Cancellation insurance We can’t wait to meet you. However, we recommend that as soon as you book your stay you also take out a “cancellation insurance cover”. In this case, any cancellation charges will be covered and you will be able to enjoy your holiday without worries. Arrival Your apartment will be available starting from 3:00 pm. We will obviously be very happy to meet you before then, but your apartment might not yet be ready. Please let us know in case of delays.
Departure The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am. on the day of departure. Later departures are possible on request.
Pets No pets are allowed in our apartments. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Lathe courses Available on request. Lathe courses are charged extra. Please remember that such courses are only possible during the quieter periods.
Active summer & winter
Car park Free car park. Our car parks are also suitable for larger vehicles.
